Anderson Company Wants to Open Two Plants

Buoyed by a recent fast track approval from the U.S. Department of Defense, Anderson-based Coeus Technology says it wants to bring manufacturing operations to Indiana and add several dozen jobs. The company’s primary product, MonoFoil Antimicrobial Technology, is billed as a longer lasting and more effective bacteria fighter and is targeted use by the military, hospitals and schools. Coeus Technology is currently housed at the Flagship Enterprise Center in Anderson, but President Nate Richardson says he would like to bring manufacturing and packaging operations to Indiana and create 30-50 jobs over the next two years.

Coeus Technology also says it is in the final stages of testing for its Monofoil water purification system.

The company was formed in 2008 and is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business.

A portion of the company’s profits go to support The Wounded Warrior Project.

Anderson, Indiana- In an unprecedented move by the top military leaders of the US. Army Material Command, a new antimicrobial product called MonoFoil was “fast-tracked” for testing. Coeus Technology has just received from the United States Army (RDECOM) much awaited and positive news concerning the testing of their MonoFoil Antimicrobial Technology in textiles.
